These are the terms and conditions issued by Soule Beauty Pty Ltd (Soule Beauty).

This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Soule Beauty’s website (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Soule Beauty. You can access the Terms and Conditions at any time from the bottom of any page on our website www.soulebeauty.com.au

Please read our terms and conditions carefully as making a purchase or becoming a Soule Beauty member means you accept these terms. 

Processing of payments

The products on our website can be purchased using a secure online Visa and MasterCard transaction facility or alternatively via PayPal. You can be confident that all of your details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.

For your own security and peace of mind we cannot take orders via phone but we can help you via email if you have any questions for us.

If you click on links and banners on www.soulebeauty.com.au that take you to third-party websites you will be subject to their privacy policies. Soule Beauty cannot be held responsible for the actions of any third-party websites so please be careful when clicking on links to external websites.

In order to complete a purchase you will be asked to register as a Soule Beauty member or checkout as a guest. By registering as a Soule Beauty member you will be able to purchase products without re-entering your personal details. By submitting an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

All promotions, sales and codes will finish on the specified date according to AEST.

Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time. However we know how excited you will be to get your new products so we will do our best to get it delivered to you as soon as possible after you have submitted your order. 

Amendments to orders can be made by contacting us via email. If an order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange the product. If you wish to change your order we request that you contact us as soon as possible after the order is made.

Orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery.

Orders can only be placed with www.soulebeauty.com.au by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.
