After placing an order with Soule Beauty this is what happens:
- You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
- When goods are dispatched you will receive an email confirming your delivery has been successfully shipped. Yay!
- Your order will be packaged to prevent product damage during transport.
- For all orders under AU$100 we will deliver your Soule Beauty order to you anywhere in Australia at a flat rate of AU$10.
- For all orders AU$100 and over we offer you FREE standard shipping.
- All of our orders are shipped directly to you using Sendle.
Soule Beauty reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
Soule Beauty may not be able to provide delivery to all areas and if so a full refund of your order will be provided if we cannot arrange a suitably convenient delivery location for you.
We know how eager you will be to receive your order so our orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (weekdays) of being received except during sale and promotional periods on public holidays or during festive seasons. Orders will usually arrive between approximately 2-5 business days from dispatch except sometimes there might be a delay during the busy seasons (for example Christmas). Soule Beauty cannot make guarantees on behalf of Sendle particularly where delivery times, e-parcel emails and tracking information are concerned.
If you have a problem with your parcels’ arrival after dispatch we suggest you contact Sendle directly with your Tracking information.

What do I do if I want to return my order?
At Soule Beauty we care about quality and we care about our customers. We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. However sometimes there might be some hiccups along the way. If this happens please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve any issue.
We don’t have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item so please choose carefully.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. This needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email.
After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods we will then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) to you or (b) provide you with a credit. Importantly it is always your responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.
We cannot accept a return from you if the goods have been opened. Goods received even in the event of incorrect supply will only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.
